Dress Code

Students must follow the dress code and secure hair in a bun in order to present a professional appearance at all times (for bun instructions, click here).  Jewelry is not allowed during class.  Following this dress code minimizes distractions in the classroom and creates a structured learning environment.

Ballet

Girls ages 3-12:    
   •
Leather, ballet-pink shoes
   
• Footed, ballet-pink tights
   • Sleeveless black leotard (no attached skirt, no embroidery)

 Ladies 13 and up:    
   • Ballet-pink, split-sole shoes
   • Footed, ballet-pink tights
    
   • Sleeveless black leotard (no attached skirt, no embroidery)

 Boys:   
   • Black ballet shoes

   
• Black tights       
   • White T-shirt or leotard

Tap

Girls:   
   • Tan tap shoes
   
• Footed, suntan tights or black jazz pants
   
• Sleeveless black leotard (no attached skirt, no embroidery)

Boys:   
   • Black tap shoes
   
• Black jazz pants
   
• White T-shirt or leotard

Jazz/Hip-hop

Girls:  
   • Black jazz shoes
 
 • Footed, suntan tights or black jazz pants  
   • Sleeveless black leotard (no attached skirt, no embroidery)
